Handball is a very straightforward game, much like football. However, the use of hands and the relatively small indoor court means that many goals are scored throughout a match. Basic things to remember include:

* Don’t use your feet to move the ball along the court
* Do not hold the ball for more than three seconds without bouncing it
* Do not take more than three steps while holding the ball
* Do not double dribble (bounce more than once while holding the ball)
* Do not enter the 6m line around the goal area unless diving during a shot

For more information on rules and penalties, check out the EHA rules and regulations.
