GO FENCE!

Fencing helps keep body and mind in tip top shape and is also a fun social sport that is gaining new fans every day. British Fencing has also made the sport an easy one to start at any age.

Their GO/FENCE programme allows prospective fencers to start out the simple way with plastic and foam swords before moving on to the classic equipment. Fencing is perfect for the person looking to challenge themselves technically while also having a great cardio workout. It’s also a great way to make new friends!

 
COURSES

JOIN THE CLUB

Clubs will offer beginner sessions with equipment on hand to get you started so all you have to do is find your nearest one. British Fencing have a Club Finder to help you along.

British Fencing offer support to coaching at every level and even offer fast track courses for those wanting to get started. Learn more about it here
