GET ON THE COURT!

Table tennis is something most people have tried at some point in their lives, yet many don’t know just how incredibly exciting it is when played by trained professionals. With the high speed and skills involved, table tennis as a competitive sport is a rewarding game to get into at several different levels. It’s mesmerizing to watch and easy to start playing, and also develops reflexes while keeping you fit. It is inexpensive, very social and can be played all year round. It is also growing as a disability sport – being helped along by international performances by athletes such as Will Bayley.
