GET ON THE COURT!

Not every sport can have you burning up to 500 calories in only 30 minutes, tone your legs and core while also providing a second-to-none cardio workout. Squash is a social activity, fast-paced and exciting, but that’s only the icing on the cake that is this incredible physical game. In fact, Forbes magazine rated squash the number one healthiest sport! There are thousands of places to play around the UK whether it is in squash clubs or at a facility in your local leisure centre.

There are various activities to try aside from the basic game, including Racketball, Squashercise and competitive events. England Squash and Racketball make it even easier for you to get involved with The Big Hit, where you can find leisure centres, clubs and activities near you.
